What you may and may not do on Flirtacy.

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses Flirtacy (flirtacy.com and our apps), operated by PrimeStone Platform, CVR 46332415, Palægade 4C, 9740 Jerslev, Denmark. It is part of our Terms of Service. Breaking it can lead to removal of content and restriction, suspension or permanent closure of your account.
• Be at least 18 years old • Be yourself — use your own real photos and honest information • Treat other members with respect • Use Flirtacy only for personal, non-commercial dating and social connection
• Offering, requesting, advertising or arranging sexual services, escorting, prostitution or any form of paid companionship • "Sugar" arrangements or any exchange of money, gifts or benefits for dates, company or intimacy • Nudity, pornography, sexually explicit images, video or text • Links to adult websites, webcam services or paid content platforms
• Any account for, or content involving, anyone under 18 • Any content or behaviour that sexualises, grooms or exploits minors We remove such content immediately, ban the accounts involved and report to the authorities. See our Child Safety Standards.
• Asking members for money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, loans, investments or bank/card details • Romance scams, phishing, or pretending to be in an emergency to get money • Fake profiles, catfishing, or impersonating any person or organisation • Using stolen payment methods, or abusing refunds and chargebacks
• Harassment, bullying, stalking, threats or intimidation • Hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or age • Promoting violence, self-harm, terrorism or extremism • Sharing anyone's private information or intimate images without their consent
• Advertising, selling or promoting products, services, other websites or social accounts • Spam, chain messages or mass unsolicited messages • Bots, scrapers, automated accounts or attempts to hack, overload or bypass Flirtacy's security • Creating multiple accounts, or a new account to get around a suspension or ban
• Anything illegal under applicable law, including drugs, weapons, human trafficking and money laundering • Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy
Members can report any profile or message with one tap. Our team reviews reports and takes action proportionate to the violation: removing content, warning, restricting (browsing only), suspending, or permanently banning the account. Serious violations — especially involving minors, sexual services or fraud — lead to an immediate ban without warning, and may be reported to the authorities. Paid features are not refunded when an account is closed for breaking this policy, unless the law requires it.
