Spotting a fake profile

Be cautious of profiles with only one or two photos, photos that look professionally shot or too polished, or someone who avoids video calls and always has an excuse. Reverse-searching a profile photo (right-click, "search image") is a quick way to check if it's been stolen from somewhere else online.

Watch for romance scam patterns
