The rules that govern your use of Flirtacy.

Flirtacy (flirtacy.com and our apps) is operated by PrimeStone Platform, CVR 46332415, Palægade 4C, 9740 Jerslev, Denmark ("Flirtacy", "we"). Email support@flirtacy.com, or use the Contact Support page (flirtacy.com/contact).
By creating an account or using Flirtacy, you agree to these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, Community Standards, Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Flirtacy.
You must be at least 18 years old. By creating an account, you confirm you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate.
You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. One account per person — creating a new account to get around a suspension or ban is prohibited.
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, sexual services, escorting, paid companionship, sexual content, scams, requests for money, harassment, fake profiles and any involvement of minors are strictly prohibited.
Flirtacy offers optional Standard and Premium memberships and one-off Boost and Super Like packs. Prices are shown in your local currency before you pay. Memberships renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime in Settings → Subscription. Payments, renewals, cancellation, refunds and your 14-day right of withdrawal are explained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
You keep ownership of the photos and text you post. You give Flirtacy permission to display them on the service as needed to operate it. You must only post content you have the right to share and that follows our rules.
We review reports and may remove content, or restrict, suspend or permanently close accounts that break these Terms or our policies — immediately and without notice for serious violations.
Flirtacy provides tools to help you meet people. We don't guarantee matches, relationships or any particular outcome.
We don't run criminal background checks on members. Please follow our Safety Tips, and take care when meeting anyone in person.
To the extent permitted by law, Flirtacy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the conduct of other members. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.
You can delete your account anytime in Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or the law.
These Terms are governed by Danish law. If you're a consumer living in another country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country. Consumers in the EU can also use the EU's online dispute resolution options or contact the Danish Centre for Complaints (Center for Klageløsning / Nævnenes Hus).
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of important changes; continuing to use Flirtacy afterwards means you accept the updated Terms.
