Child Safety Standards

Our zero-tolerance standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation.

Last updated: October 2026

Our standard

Flirtacy is a dating service for adults aged 18 and over. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any content or behaviour that sexualises a minor.

Adults only

Everyone must be at least 18 to create an account. Date of birth is required at sign-up and accounts under 18 can't be created. Any account we believe belongs to a minor is removed immediately.

How we prevent and detect abuse

• Age requirement enforced at registration • Clear rules in our Terms, Community Standards and Acceptable Use Policy • A Report button on every profile and conversation, available to every member • Review of reports by our team, with child-safety reports handled first • The ability to remove content and suspend or permanently ban accounts instantly

What we do when we find it

We immediately remove the content, permanently ban the accounts involved, preserve relevant information as the law requires, and report it to the appropriate authorities — including the police in Denmark and, where applicable, national child-protection hotlines and organisations such as NCMEC.

How to report

In the app: use the Report button on the profile or conversation. By email: support@flirtacy.com with the subject "Child safety". If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police first.

Child safety contact

Our designated point of contact for child-safety matters, including for authorities, is support@flirtacy.com. We comply with applicable child-safety laws and cooperate fully with law enforcement. Flirtacy is operated by PrimeStone Platform, CVR 46332415, Palægade 4C, 9740 Jerslev, Denmark.
