How to delete your Flirtacy account and what happens to your data.

1. Log in to Flirtacy 2. Open Settings 3. Scroll to "Delete account" and select "Delete my account" 4. Type DELETE to confirm If you have an active membership, cancel it first in Settings → Subscription so it doesn't renew.
Email support@flirtacy.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm it's you and delete the account within 30 days.
Your profile, photos, bio, preferences, likes, matches and messages are removed from Flirtacy and are no longer visible to anyone. If you signed up with Google, deleting your Flirtacy account also ends Flirtacy's access to your Google sign-in.
• Payment and invoice records: kept for 5 years, as required by Danish bookkeeping law • Reports and safety records about serious violations (for example fraud or child safety): kept as long as needed to protect members and meet legal obligations Everything else is deleted or anonymised.
Want a break? In Settings you can pause your account — you're hidden from Discover and nothing is deleted. You can resume anytime.
